Photo and video of the site. Conclusion of a contract
Photographing is one of the most important steps in selling a property.
According to our statistics, most buyers choose real estate at the stage of viewing ads and it is at that moment that they already make a purchase decision by 50%.
Our task is to make the photos as attractive as possible in order to get a large number of viewing requests, to identify potential customers and find a buyer.

Preparation of materials for publications
We process photo and video materials about the apartment, make presentations for sending to potential customers from the Intellect Property database. Information about the apartment will be received by all customers who are looking for similar options with our agency.

We post ads with photos on all Latvian portals that bring customers.
All advertising costs are covered by the company.

Apartment viewings
All viewings are planned in such a way that they take place at a convenient time for the apartment owner and are held at maximum of 2 times a week for buyers who are invited on a first-come, first-served basis.
We recommend owners not to be present at the viewings, so that the buyer allows himself to openly talk about what he likes and what he does not like, and a broker is more likely to close the deal when he knows true wishes of the buyer.

Follow up call
One of the most important steps when selling an apartment is a call to customers who have already viewed the apartment. Often, buyers do not say true reasons for the refusal, as they do not want to offend the owner of the apartment, so this should be done by the broker.
The next day after viewing, the broker contacts potential buyers and receives feedback about the apartment viewed. At this point, the broker's task is to identify the reasons that confuse the buyer. At this point, our brokers close about 20% of all deals.
